Design encompasses many facets of work that are typically aimed at creating different business visuals to be of use in marketing and business development efforts. These often have a singular focus and are pushed forward with a clients predetermined vision. This includes development work as well.
Innovation
Innovation takes things a step further by applying an inventive problem-solving approach leading to outputs that are often product or service-based, but always user centric. These projects ask “Should wheels be circular?” And more importantly, “Do we need wheels at all?”"

Strategic insight refers to the projects (or portions of projects) that focus research and analysis that can glean information which is helpful in identifying potential business needs and opportunities. These insights help frame the structure that supports future growth.
